يحمل السليطي درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال مع تخصصات في المحاسبة والاقتصاد،
with specializations in Accounting and Economics, as well as an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from HEC. He is also an active athlete, having played professional tennis for Qatar.
قضى السليطي حوالي 10 سنوات في مجالات التجزئة
والخدمات المصرفية الدولية والشركات في البنك الوطني القطري (QNB)
في السنوات الأخيرة في البنك، سيطر على مبادرات الفروع الدولية لـ QNB،
including controlling operational costs and capital for some of QNB’s largest overseas operations.
بعدها انضم إلى مؤسسة قطر، كمسؤول عن المالية والإدارة

he joined the Education Above All Foundation as Director of Administration and Finance, successfully establishing the organization’s management system and participating in developing its first three-to-five-year strategic plan and business plan.
كان السليطي نشطًا في خطة الحصول على الموارد للمؤسسة
and led the establishment of the Foundation’s international entities in the United Kingdom and the United States.
في يناير 2015،
تمت ترقيته إلى منصب نائب الرئيس التنفيذي، مع تقدير الدور القيم الذي يلعبه في مؤسسة التعليم فوق الجميع
في أثناء عمليات إجلاء الأفغان،
قدمت المؤسسة عدة مجهودات لدعم التعليم، وقاد السيد فهد المحادثات مع الشركاء المختلفين للمساعدة في تنفيذ مشروعات تعليمية متنوعة
