Fahd bin Hamad Al-Sulaiti

CEO of Education Above All Foundation

Al-Sulaiti holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

with specializations in Accounting and Economics, as well as an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from HEC. He is also an active athlete, having played professional tennis for Qatar.

He spent approximately 10 years in retail,

international banking services, and corporate sectors at Qatar National Bank (QNB).

In his latter years at the bank, he oversaw QNB's international branch initiatives,

including controlling operational costs and capital for some of QNB’s largest overseas operations.

He then joined the Qatar Foundation as head of finance and management

for a large aerospace project sponsored by the Foundation, which included building a “city” on an estimated 2000 hectares of land.

In his role as interim CEO of the holding company

established to plan and operate this city, he was responsible for managing the entire project.

In December 2012,

he joined the Education Above All Foundation as Director of Administration and Finance, successfully establishing the organization’s management system and participating in developing its first three-to-five-year strategic plan and business plan.

Al-Sulaiti was active in securing resources for the Foundation

and led the establishment of the Foundation’s international entities in the United Kingdom and the United States.

In January 2015,

he was promoted to the position of Deputy CEO, with recognition for the valuable role he plays in the Education Above All Foundation.

During the Afghan evacuation operations,

the Foundation made several efforts to support education, and Mr. Fahad led negotiations with various partners to assist in implementing diverse educational projects.
